Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan is an ancient science which combines postures, movements, breath, stretching, relaxation, meditation, rhythm and sound current to work on every aspect of your being. Consequently it works on every aspect of your life. No previous experience in yoga or related discipline is required and you will experience immediate benefits from the very first class.

Help your children become bright, balanced and happy. In this cosy programme children stretch, breathe, meditate, and top it off with stories, song and play. Classes and workshops are conduted every month or so. Please call or visit the studio for more info or to request a class.

KUNDALINI YOGA
Start with the very basics of Kundalini Yoga. A foundation on the basic yogic techniques, such as posture, breathing, relaxation, and basic meditation. Class open to anyone willing to try something new. Teachers also share the effects of postures, why we do yoga, and physical and mental benefits.

PILATES
A slow but powerful acting class for you to build your core strength and alignment in your body. Enjoy movements similar to yoga that help release deep tension. Rest better, be more effective and be more balanced in body and mind.

This special spiritual practice begins at 5 am on Saturdays and ends by 7 am. It consists of a practice of mantra, yoga, stretching, breath exercise and meditation.
